María Cristina was born in San Fernando, province
of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has lived all her life in
Tigre, a place visited every year by tourists from all over
the world.
Cristina has been taught by prestigious
Argentine artists; such as Daniel Pellegata, Marcelo Bertolini,
Rodolfo Insaurralde, Karin Gutman and Rubén Silva.
She has exhibited her oil paintings at different
exhibitions of works of art, and at different hotels; such
as:
- “Colegio de abogados de San Isidro”
(an association of lawyers), together with “Grupo
Arte Emprendimiento” (a group of painters), province
of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- “Grand Boulevard Hotel”, city
of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- “Hermitage Hotel”, city of
Mar del Plata, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- “Cambremon Hotel”, city of
Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- “Fundación Marcelo T. de
Alvear”, Tigre, province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- “Taller 13”, San Isidro, province
of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- “Hotel Villa
Julia” (a hotel of the international chain New Age).
- “Alicia Brandy Galería de
Arte” ( An Art Gallery). “Salón de
verano 2008” (Art exhibition). "La libertad

- “Clam”( Círculo de
la Mancha)[ a group of painters]. 7th Painting meeting
at Tilcara, Humahuaca and Purmamarca. Exhibition of works

She has been granted several awards and acknowledgements
for her works of art.
Some of her oil paintings have been acquired
by foreigners and Argentine citizens for their private collections.
